I have been a loyal customer of Hawk Pest Control and have been very happy with their service in terms effectiveness & prompt, professional responses to any pest issues we may have. That said, any company can have services issues from time to time depending on the technician. The measure of quality of a company’s customer service is how they respond to any service issues. When I called the company to express my concern & complaint, the representative on the phone showed genuinely professional & polite desire to help rectify the situation for me, and consulted her manager about scheduling a senior technician to come out immediately to do a thorough repeat treatment free of charge to make sure our Fall pest prevention would be completed addressing any particular needs of our home & yard. Today, Terry came out promptly as scheduled & introduced himself in a professional & gracious manner, and promised to thoroughly treat our home & yard. When he was done, he explained how he not only did superior treatment of our perimeter on the foundation, windowsill, doors, & eaves, he also treated around our pool, yard & even treated under our deck. He also pointed out how he treated any grooves in the walkways leading to the front door & in front of the garage door. He clearly knows his stuff & his high level of professionalism, experience & pride in giving superior service to address any customer concerns really shows. Because of Terry & the friendly, prompt way the office addressed my concern, I will happily remain a loyal Hawk customer & will recommend them to anyone. Thanks, guys!!
